The 1st Annual Tornado Alley Bluegrass Festival will be held at Keyser High School in Keyser, WV on Saturday, July 3, 2010 from 11am-11pm. The single day festival will feature nationally-known bluegrass acts, as well as local and regional acts. The festival is being held as a fundraiser for the high school's new athletic complex. Featured performers will include Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme out, the Grascals, and Nothin' Fancy. (Cont.)
